My first attempt to download the app was a struggle. I had also asked for assistance from the technical team and did what they told me to do: disable the firewall, or other anti-virus software (which I kind of felt weird about because it might threaten my data security considering that I am also using this device for work). But thanks to my tech-savvy brother who helped me in activating this app extension. During the exam, there was no major problem encountered. So overall, it was great!

Overall a good experience. The mobile app worked very well, and the laptop program was stable accessing both the questions and the internet. There should have been clearer instructions on the fact you could not use a wired headset and you needed a frame for your phone so it's camera could be directed onto you. Once those issues were overcome the whole process went very smoothly.

The experience was quite daunting, not sure if l would pass the setting up of the room, with camera and laptop setup. It caused a bit of anxiety. When completing the exams, the writing and screen size were far smaller than l thought it would be. I struggle reading small font. This led to me using up valuable time scrolling up and down to read text and for me to answer the questions. I found the text blurred and jumble at times and time consuming enlarging font size for me to read
